Aina DumlaoChief Executive Officer
Aina has a wealth of experience as an executive and founder in the business process services and entertainment industries. Most notably, she served as the CEO and co-founder of a 350-seat contact center. Under her leadership, the center catered to a diverse roster of clients, ranging from technology start-ups to Fortune 500 companies that required high-touch support. Her expertise in scaling operations, talent retention, and delivering exceptional client service were instrumental in the success and expansion of these businesses.
Andrew Jenkins

Andrew Jenkins is an entrepreneur and business leader with a track record of scaling companies across technology, education, and customer experience.

The idea for Swivl was born from a simple but powerful discovery: adding live chat to an e-commerce site drove conversion rates up overnight. Seeing the potential to combine AI with human agents, Andrew founded Swivl to help businesses capture every visitor and ensure no lead is ever missed. Today, Swivl delivers seamless human + AI customer support that turns missed opportunities into measurable growth.

Andrew brings more than a decade of experience founding, operating, and advising companies that have reached eight-figure revenues, secured international recognition, and delivered measurable impact for clients and stakeholders. He has led organizations from startup through maturity, managing teams of more than 50 employees while driving profitability and scale.

Previously, Andrew scaled an e-commerce company from six to eight figures in under three years and grew an online education platform into a global provider with students in more than 100 countries. He has also held leadership and advisory roles in energy and sustainability ventures, focusing on corporate strategy, fundraising, and expansion.

Recognized as a natural change agent, Andrew is known for distilling complex challenges into clear, results-driven strategies. His leadership style empowers diverse teams to thrive, while his entrepreneurial mindset ensures that businesses not only grow but scale with resilience.

Outside of business, Andrew is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying recreationally.

André Artis
André ArtisFounding Sales Partner at Swivl
André Artis currently serves as the Founding Sales Partner at Swivl, where he helps shape the company’s foundational growth strategy. He also consults with Umbrella as an advisor, dedicating time to support the development of this emerging startup.

Previously, André was Head of North America Sales at TikTok, leading strategic initiatives that drove user acquisition and business expansion. Under his leadership, the team achieved a remarkable 40x revenue increase—growing from $350K to $15.14M, by positioning digital marketing solutions that expanded customer reach and enhanced ROI.

His career also includes senior leadership roles at Oracle, where he managed high-performing sales leaders and generated over $230 million in annual revenue, and at Dropbox, where he served as Enterprise Sales Leader for the Southeastern U.S.. At Dropbox, André built a team from the ground up, maintained a 0% attrition rate, and exceeded sales targets by 120%, earning recognition as Enterprise Leader of the Year.

Earlier, André spent several years at Microsoft, serving as Director of Sales for Corporate Accounts in the South-Central District. His teams managed business across four states and delivered more than $200 million in annual revenue. His scope spanned Sales Operations, Revenue Growth, Talent Development, Client Satisfaction, and Competitive Strategy. His performance earned multiple awards, including the RVP Award, several Leadership Medals, and multiple Manager of the Year honors.

André began his career at Dell Technologies, where he spent 14 years in a variety of sales and leadership roles. His success was recognized with multiple distinctions, such as Rep of the Year, Manager of the Quarter, and Manager of the Year.

Based in Austin, Texas, André is deeply involved in his community and enjoys family time, competitive dancing with his wife Lynette, and collecting classic cars. He holds a B.A. from Huston–Tillotson University, and he and Lynette are proud parents of two children, Javon and Jurnee.

Swivl’s founders and executive management are accomplished business leaders and entrepreneurs passionate about powering businesses through outstanding customer experiences. We have built, run and sold global business process outsourcing brands with hundreds of employees, driven eight-figure revenues for eCommerce businesses through performance marketing and conversion rate optimization, and served in tenured management roles at national banks and multi-billion dollar corporations like the Coca-Cola company. We have earned accolades for our innovations in customer experience.

Together, we recognized a battle-tested formula for driving business success: leading-edge technology and processes fueled by top-performing people. We combined our expertise in customer experience, performance marketing, and people operations, and formed Swivl with a mission to help businesses grow through world-class customer experiences.
